The fully equipped oak kitchen adjoins a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and freezer. Also on the ground floor is a very pretty double bedroom with an impressive large walk-in shower room, plus a downstairs WC.
A feature hand-crafted oak staircase, made locally by the renowned Wren Furniture Makers of Thirlby complete with their trademark 'Wren', leads to 3 further bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with double-ended bath, with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside. A glorious spacious twin bedroom features a large en-suite shower room, and there's also a very pretty single bedroom.
Central heating throughout ensures comfort in all seasons — underfloor heating downstairs with radiators upstairs. Pheasant Cottage offers wheelchair accessibility, making it suitable for guests with mobility requirements.
Pheasant Cottage is wheelchair accessible. On request when booking, we can also provide portable equipment including strong suction grab bars, adjustable height toilet frame, shower seat, and chair with arms for dining/bedroom use.
