Please click the submit button below and your booking request will be emailed directly to us. We will confirm your booking costs and deposit requirements by return. Note your booking will only be held for 5 days until your deposit is received. If you do not receive a reply to your email request, within 24 hours, please telephone us (01845 501258) in case we are experiencing technical difficulties.

Terms of business

1. Visitors undertake to leave the cottages in a clean and tidy condition as found
2. Visitors are responsible for any breakages or damage, and must inform the owners of such.
3. The owners reserve the right to seek compensation for any damage discovered after guests have departed.
4. Visitors must refrain from smoking in the cottages at all times.
5. A telephone booking will be held for a period of up to 5 days pending receipt of a deposit. We require a deposit and completed booking form to secure your booking. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival date must be accompanied by full payment.
6. Full payment must be made at least 6 weeks before start of the rental period
7. Visitors are responsible for their own cancellation insurance arrangements.
8. Cancellations must be received in writing and the balance will be due unless we are able to re-let the cottage.

9. Old Oak Cottages reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking arrangements - in this event old Oak Cottages shall only be liable for the return of monies received.

10. The proprietors are not to be held responsible for the loss of any valuables or property left on or around the premises at any time. all guests, their friends, family or visitors must ensure that they take all reasonable steps to ensure their own safety and that of others whilst on the property, The owners will not accept responsibility for any injury or loss caused whilst in or around the property/play area/grounds.

11. The number of people occupying the cottage MUST NOT exceed those booked. Old Oak Cottages reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.

12. Bookings are from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure (apart from long-weekend breaks)

13. For group bookings (two or more cottages) there is a £50.00 per cottage damage/extra cleaning deposit. This is payable with your final balance. Providing there is no damage or extra cleaning required the amount paid will be returned to you within 5 working days.
